If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ngc102 immediately. The platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account for investigation purposes pending identity verification.
- Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date at all times.
- Your password must be unique and must not be shared with anyone.
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.
- Accounts found to be using false identities will be terminated immediately.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

4. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the ngc102 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is required, and no conversion fees are charged to Malaysian users.
Accepted payment methods include online bank transfers via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet. ngc102 reserves the right to add or remove specific payment methods without prior notice.
For fund withdrawals, users are required to complete a one-time identity verification process before their first request is processed. Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stipulated based on the chosen payment method and account status. VIP member withdrawals receive processing priority over standard members.
Ngc102 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals that raise reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of promotional terms. In such cases, the user will be contacted to provide the necessary supporting documents.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements as stated separately in their respective promotional terms. Withdrawal of bonus balances prior to meeting the rollover requirements is not permitted.
5. Account Suspension and Termination Policy
Ngc102 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms, suspected fraud, or requests from the relevant authorities.
Suspended accounts will be unable to access the platform until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no violation, the account will be reinstated along with any valid balance. If a violation is confirmed, the account balance may be fully forfeited depending on the severity of the offence.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the ngc102 support team. Closure requests will be processed once all eligible balances have been settled in accordance with established procedures. ngc102 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's decision to close their account.
6. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Applicable Law
Limitation of Liability
Ngc102 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including monetary losses from betting activities, service disruptions due to technical issues beyond our control, or financial decisions made based on information available on the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ngc102 platform — including brand names, logos, graphic designs, user interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of ngc102. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of these elements without prior written authorisation.
